Marlene Grant's real estate career started as a part of a large government subsidized apartment complex in Conley, Georgia. There she serviced and negotiated several lease transactions for hundreds of residents. Her interest in property management guided her to real estate investing when she became a member of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association, later becoming co-owner of HST Management, LLC, a property management services. She began investing in real estate, and after three years acquired her Georgia Real Estate license. She was also a member of the Empire
Board of Realists. In her search of excellence, she made the move to ERA Towne Square Realty, Inc., where she attended Top Gun, and is now fulfilling her obligations to her clients and her continuing education.
