My name is Julie Tagliaferi and I have been a realtor since 2018. I am licensed in both Kentucky and Georgia, as well as qualified to work with Cartus relocation, AARP members, in addition to acquiring the Luxury Skills certification. As an experienced realtor, I bring a unique set of skills and expertise to the table that sets me apart from others in the field. With previous experience as a flight attendant and junior lobbyist, I have developed a keen sense of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the importance of building strong relationships.
My time working as a flight attendant taught me the importance of providing exceptional customer service, anticipating needs before they arise, and being able to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently. These skills have proved invaluable in my real estate career, where I am constantly working to exceed my clients' expectations and ensure that their needs are met at every step of the process.
My experience as a junior lobbyist enabled me to develop strong negotiation skills, value the importance of listening, as well as an in-depth understanding of the complexities of the legal and regulatory landscape. I bring this knowledge to every real estate transaction, working tirelessly to ensure that my clients are able to navigate the process with ease and confidence.
