once, by being available, whether by phone, text, email or on Social Media,
I’ve saved or created a deal my client really needed. Not too long ago, I
noticed someone on Facebook looking for a handyman to help with home
repairs. I was able to give that person several referrals to contractors
I know. In the end, I also helped them sell the home and buy their dream
house a few towns away.
Customer service is my middle name. I am honest to a fault. Whether you’re buying or
selling, I’m going to have your back from the first hello until long after the
sale is over. I’ve had clients call me years after buying to ask for help
with my opinion about whether they should sell or renovate. They call me
because they trust I will always answer with their best interest at heart – not
mine.
I live where I work. A 3rd generation Bay Stater, I know the area I
service. Anyone can open a lockbox, not everyone can tell you where the
best coffee is in town or who to call for lawn service. My reputation is vital
to me. Because I live where I work, I never want to have to hide behind the
ketchup in the grocery store because I’m embarrassed to meet a former client.
I have the knowledge and experience to help you get through any real estate
scenario – and succeed! I’m diligent about details and persistent with
follow-up AND follow-through. I love helping my clients invest wisely
when buying and protect assets when selling.
Lots of my clients become my friends. If you get to know me, you’ll find that I like
to read, listen to podcasts, travel and I REALLY love to go out to lunch and
try new foods. I love spending time with my family, and spoiling my three
Vizsla dogs, Dublin, Blarney, and Echo.
