I am a long time Realtor who has lived in several MetroWest towns. I grew up in Wayland. Large family, seven children ( one set of twins) in all with a stay at home mom and Dad a Supervisor for New England Telephone CO. I was educated in the Wayland schools and went on to Nursing school in Cambridge MA. I am married to Richard Holmes, a local well know contractor who has been in the business at least 35 years. He is my rock and also helps many of my clients with projects related to their home.
I have three children, four step children and ten Grandchildren! Our Family reunions are huge, Loud and FUN!
I began my Real Estate career in the 1980'S boom! I found the challenge of assisting buyers and sellers to meet their goals of housing a exciting career and have enjoyed every minute of it for all these years!

I am a local Marlborough Landlord. I own two family homes and also provide service for renters and Landlords alike.
The rental market is tough, as we NEVER have enough properties available. Looking to have the match with tenant and landlord takes experience.
I love Cape Cod and I have a family home on Kingsbury Beach, Eastham MA on the lower cape. When on vacation I can be found down there or traveling in our RV up and down the East Coast. These brief escapes recharges me and makes me be a better Realtor which really is a 24/7 job.
My Passion again is helping folks with one of the most stressful and exciting times of their lives, Buying or selling a home! My calm personality helps tackle every aspect of the transaction and make it also FUN! I welcome any and all calls, no task is too small or large. Please, get to know me!
