Dick Martin, along with his partner Chris Greene, own ERA Cape Real Estate. Dick works on the day to day operations with his wife and is Yarmouth's #1 broker for "listings sold" and is consistently in the top 5 for all of Cape Cod per CCIAOR MLS statistics. Dick has been in real estate here on Cape Cod for over 30 years and during that time has sold over 2000 properties! ERA Franchise Systems LLC awarded Dick the 2011 Leaders Circle designation, a prestigious top producer award for excellence in real estate sales. Dick has been very active in the Realtor organization. He served as President of the Cape Cod and Islands Assoc. of Realtors for the year 2000. Dick was voted "Realtor of the Year" in 1999 by his fellow Realtors. He has served on countless committees at the Board, both locally and statewide. Dick Martin has had a considerable impact on his community, with his Realtor work and his community service activities. He is chairman of the Yarmouth commercial Design Review Committee, Trustee of the Yarmouth Conservation Trust, former Chairman of the Yarmouth Land Bank, Planning Board and Route 28 Task Force, and winner of the Paul E.
