I have been a fulltime Realtor since 1979, servicing customers/clients on Cape Cod. Earning designations in the field has afforded me the opportunity to gain the knowledge to guide my clients through the process of buying or selling their home.I have earned the ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative, CRS-Certified Residential Specialist, CBR-Certified Buyer Representative, GRI-Graduate Realtor Institute, TLG-Leadership Training and the LMC-Loss Mitigation Certificate designations. Providing my clients with personal attention along with my knowledge, experience and strong ethical standards have been the backbone of my success. I am proud of the wonderful friendships and business relationships I have had the opportunity to develop through my years in business. I am the manager and a broker/associate of the Yarmouth Port office of ERA Cape Real Estate. I have the background and skills to help you through each step of the real estate process. I am a past President of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors and MLS; am a recipient of the Realtor of the Year Award and received the Charles E. Lockhart Award for distinguished service. I presently am the Professional Standards Administrator for my local Association and teach the Code of Ethics classes. I graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego-my major was in elementary education. I have served on the Capital Outlay and Finance Committees in the Town of Harwich.
