After a relaxing getaway to Bethany Beach in the fall of 2024 with her beloved pug, she decided to make the Delaware beaches her permanent home. Drawing on a long career in the Federal government and years of dedicated caregiving, Nancy settled in Ocean View and earned her Delaware real estate license in July 2025—launching a rewarding new chapter helping buyers, sellers, and renters find their perfect place at the beach. Her interest in real estate began while preparing her mother’s 1960s ranch home for sale—an experience that taught her firsthand about renovations, working with contractors, and navigating the process from listing to closing. That project sparked a passion for helping others achieve the same sense of accomplishment and peace of mind. Nancy’s clients appreciate her empathetic nature, strong communication skills, and genuine attention to detail. She approaches each transaction with care, professionalism, and a sincere desire to make every client feel supported from start to finish. When she’s not showing homes or hosting an open house (often featuring her homemade sugar cookies), Nancy enjoys decorating her Ocean View home in a cozy Shabby Chic style and spending time with her two fawn pugs.
