Mike Lantz
Born and raised in Southern Maryland I have had the pleasure of traveling and working all over this Beautiful state we call home. Originally from Prince George's where I graduated from Gwynn Park High School in 1993 and where I met my wife Kimberly Lantz ( also an Agent at O'Brien Realty) to whom I have been happily married to since 1995. After a year of Marriage we decided to purchase our first home in Saint Mary's county and immediately felt at home. After a short period of time we both started our own businesses and entered the Self Employed way of life at a very young age. I started my own Trucking Company in 1997 and operated a successful business for several years eventually settling into a long career as an Automotive Technician. In 2017 I decided it was time for change and started my career in Real Estate and have worked as a Full Time Agent ever since. Becoming a Realtor has given me a greater understanding of the ins and outs of Real Estate and how to best help my clients and customers to achieve their real estate needs to the best of my ability. I enjoy digging in and finding solutions to any issues that typically pop up during a transaction as there are many moving parts behind the scenes. We have scoured through many local vendors and have built lasting relationships with those that value their consumers as much as I do. I enjoy working with all levels of clientele, from first time home buyers or sellers, upsizing, downsizing, or transferring in or out of the state. Each transaction differs as do the clients, but all will get the top notch service they deserve!
