During a twenty year career as an Army Officer, Jack moved to new duty stations often and acquired a great deal of experience in buying, selling, and renting homes. In his second career as a U.S. History teacher and school principal, he increased that experience by doing home renovations and restorations in the summer months.
In 2014 while on vacation, Jack and his wife fell in love with the Mid Coast region and bought a home in Rockland. Since then, they conducted a major renovation of that home and convinced both of their daughters to move to Maine and renovate homes. Jack served as the builder/general contractor in all of those projects. It has been a wonderful experience and he wants to help others enjoy the benefits of Maine living.
Jacks hobbies are traveling, boating, fishing and reading.
