When he set out to buy his first home, he quickly realized how much there was to learn. That experience motivated him to get his real estate license in 2021—not just to navigate his own journey, but to help others feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Nick primarily works with clients looking to buy or sell single-family homes. With a background in marketing, he has a strong ability to showcase properties effectively. His approach is built on clear communication, honesty, and a commitment to working for his clients. He offers recommendations and advice but always prioritizes his clients’ goals, making sure they feel empowered to make the best decisions for their future.
The first home Nick ever sold was his late grandparents’ house, an experience that reinforced his belief that every transaction has a personal story behind it. He treats each client’s journey with the same level of care and attention he would want for his own family.
Outside of real estate, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and being outdoors—especially on the lake. He’s always up for a good workout, a great meal, or a competitive game of chess. When it’s time to unwind, he can be found watching MMA—or, much to his own surprise, getting way too invested in 90 Day Fiancé.
By keeping his client list small, Nick ensures he can be fully available and focused on each individual’s needs. Whether buying or selling, he is always ready to provide guidance with a calm, straightforward approach.
