Ed Coffman
Ed has been a licensed broker since 1991 and holds both the CCIM and CRSS designations. His career in real estate began in 1983 when he was first licensed as a salesperson.
In February 2021, Ed formed a partnership with his daughter, Wendy, who is a CCIM candidate, continuing a proud family tradition in the industry. His late wife, Karen — Wendy’s mother — was an integral part of the business, working alongside Ed from 1991 until her passing in 2017.
Throughout his career, Ed has gained extensive experience in a broad range of transactions. Working in a smaller market has provided valuable exposure to the sale and listing of diverse property types, including commercial, residential, and income-producing properties. Ed’s depth of knowledge and dedication to his clients have made him a respected professional in the real estate community.
