The process of buying and selling a home can be a very traumatic experience, with sellers letting go of their homes and buyers acquiring a house to make it a home. The points of view on a transaction can be very contentious or compatible with what each person wants. My commitment is to make every transaction a Win / Win as much as possible. In most every buy sell you will have a seller who wants to get their idea of a home's worth with their terms, along with a buyer that wants to get what they want, (price location and condition). My job is to be a counselor to my clients and to make sure they understand the process and give insight to it. My commitment is to have the heart of a teacher so you can see the entire process from all points of view and be a strong advocate for your wants and needs. No commission is worth accepting if a transaction has taken undo advantage of one side. My rewards come from the personal relationships and service to my clients and the commissions allow me to stay in the business I love and continue to help others realize their dreams of home ownership.
