Phoebe Hall
Born and raised in Black Mountain and the Swannanoa Valley, I've always felt deeply connected to these beautiful mountains. My journey in real estate began after a life-changing experience that brought my husband, Kevin, and me back home. We met during my junior year at UNC Asheville, and after college, we considered relocating to Raleigh for career opportunities-Kevin in pharmaceutical manufacturing and I in broadcasting with a local NBC affiliate. But fate had other plans, leading us back to the place we truly belong.
Since returning, we've built a life and a home here in every sense. We constructed our first house from the ground up, quickly followed by our first investment property, which sparked a passion for real estate investing. Over the next decade, we invested in and improved 10 homes-all while maintaining full-time careers. Kevin worked at Kearfott, and I was with The Real Estate Weekly. We've flipped five homes near Lake Tomahawk in Black Mountain, always choosing homes that needed care and attention. There's nothing more rewarding thank transforming a property and seeing the joy on the faces of new, excited homeowners. We also manage several long-term rental properties and have personally build two new construction homes. I've learned so much through these experiences, from the hands-on work of hauling debris and peeling wallpaper to building a network of trusted industry contacts. Real estate is in my blood, and I'm thrilled to be able to focus full-time on helping others find their own place to call home. After stepping away from a traditional job to focus on our son-now off to college-and to manage our rental properties, I found joy in teaching cycle classes, where I love motivating and connecting with people.
My excitement for helping buyers and sellers in our area is boundless, and I bring over 25 years of real estate experience and insight to every transaction. By nature, I'm a helper, and I make it my mission to support my clients in every way I can, I bring energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of fun to the process, and I can't wait to work hard for you every step of the way!
