Since relocating to the South Charlotte area in 2003, I have developed a deep appreciation for the communities that make this region such a great place to call home. Today, I proudly serve buyers, sellers, and real estate investors throughout the greater Charlotte area, with a special focus on Pineville and the surrounding communities.
My approach to real estate is simple: relationships come before transactions. I believe every client deserves honest communication, transparency, and an advocate who is committed to solving problems, not creating sales pressure. Whether you are purchasing your first home, selling a luxury property, expanding your investment portfolio, or searching for your next opportunity, my goal is to make the process as seamless and rewarding as possible.
Through strong negotiation strategies, I have helped buyers secure valuable seller concessions and favorable contract terms, while helping sellers maximize their homes value through strategic pricing, professional marketing, and eye catching listing videos that capture buyers attention. I also enjoy working with investors, whether they are purchasing their first rental, completing a fix and flip project, or growing an established portfolio.
Outside of real estate, I am a professional musician, composer, and music educator, having taught guitar since 2011. While music remains a lifelong passion, real estate is my full time career and my primary professional focus. I continue to perform select engagements because I genuinely enjoy it, but my commitment has always been and will always be, to providing exceptional service and availability for my clients.
