Thornton has been a resident of Lake Norman since 1973. He and his wife have families in Charlotte and Lake Norman.Thornton has been a full time agent since 1985. In addition to his activities with buyers & sellers, he also provides advice and assistance to ERA Knight Realtys associates and training for new agents. He is also a certified trainer for the ERA Acceleration programThornton has also served on the Charlotte Regional Realtors Associations MLS Committee, been a board director for the Iredell Board of Realtors and served as an officer of the Lake Norman Home Builders Association.
