Katie's roots run deep in McKenzie County. She is a fifth generation Watford City resident whose family homesteaded in McKenzie Country after immigrating to the U.S. Katie went to college in Dickinson, ND and upon completion of her bachelor's degree in Range Science she returned HOME to Watford City. After college Katie worked for the US Forest Service in Range Management and Oil and Gas.
Katie and her husband David have five boys ages 15 to 9 months. Her entire family is deeply involved in the community. When she is not working with clients, Katie enjoys volunteering in her church, community, and children's activities: as well as traveling, camping and all things sports.
Katie loves her hometown and extended community. She knows the ins and outs of the area and has a passion for local history. Just as important as this area's history, are the people moving here and making this charming community their home, whether it be for a short time or their new forever home.
Katie is a great communicator with good leadership and interpersonal skills. She is a hardworking professional who is very organized, energetic, persistent, and passionate about her work. Katie is excited to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate world.
