For buyers, it means providing the guidance and market insight needed to make informed decisions and find the right home for their lifestyle.
As a longtime resident of North Hanover and a homeowner at the Jersey Shore, I have a deep appreciation for the unique character of our local communities, from the peaceful countryside of Northern Burlington County to the coastal charm of the Shore. That perspective helps me connect buyers with homes that truly fit their lives while helping sellers highlight what makes their property special.
Before entering real estate, I spent more than 30 years in software development. That background shaped the way I approach my work today with strong attention to detail, thoughtful organization, and a data-driven mindset that helps guide pricing, marketing, and negotiations.
I also hold the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation, which provides additional insight for buyers and sellers involved in vacation and second-home markets, especially along the Jersey Shore. Having built my own home in Beach Haven West, I understand firsthand the decisions, emotions, and excitement that can come with both building and buying a home.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll often find me biking around the neighborhood, spending time in the garden, or enjoying the coastal lifestyle with my Brittany, Anna.
