Attended Union Catholic Regional High School in Scotch Plains and afterwards graduated from Villanova University.
Experience:
In 1973, I began a very active Real Estate Career. Over the years, I have helped hundreds of people find their 1st home, buy investment properties, upgrade to a larger home, or downsize when their needs changed. I am knowledgeable in Union, Somerset, & Middlesex Counties. I have also had many transactions listing, selling, and renting commercial real estate in my area. I have educated myself with the commercial real estate to help the investors. Being in the business for many years has rewarded me with a large referral base. I keep in touch with my clients and make myself available to answer any questions they may have.
History:
My career started after college when my intention was to learn about the Real Estate Business and help my father, Sal Lamastra, who was the Broker/Owner of ERA Suburb Realty at that time. My career went well and over the years the business thrived. In 1997, my father retired and today I am the Co-Owner of ERA Suburb Realty. I enjoy running the business as well as working with my customers. I also take time to train & support my current agents.
Goals:
In addition to overseeing the daily operation of the company, it is my intention to continue to work with home buyers and sellers. I particularly enjoy helping people understand the entire process of buying and selling. It is important to understand every facet of the sale & it is my intention to educate and guide my customers to a successful transaction.
