Phyllis has been in the real estate business since February of
1976 when she received her brokers license. She has been a top
producer for many years starting with land and then combining high end
residential. She sold the first million dollar home in Las Vegas and has
been breaking that record ever since. She has worked with many well
known celebrities and important people during her career.She
was the first Certified International Property Specialist in Nevada
and brought that program to the Las Vegas Board of Realtors. She also
teaches International Real Estate in Nevada and around the world and
has been an invited key note speaker at several international and local
meetings. She has served on the National Association of Realtors
International Section as a Presidents Liaison to Denmark for 9 years
and on their International Operations Committee. When
it comes to marketing and exposing a property no one does it better
than Phyllis with national and international exposure because of all
the friends nationally and around the world that she has met and keeps
in close contact with. She has attended the MIPIM Conference in Cannes,
France for the last 22 years and the contacts she has made with heads
of state and corporations around the world has been an experience that
has been wonderful and very helpful. She is also a member of FIABCI, an
international networking organization, for 22 years. She also sells
Commercial Real Estate and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment
Member) candidate.Phyllis has received hundreds of
awards in her 37 years of active real estate work and has been written
up in many articles for her expertise in the real estate field. She has
always been an innovator in her thinking and the way she does
