I am a NYS Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. I am currently serving as Vice President of the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors. I have served two terms as director of BNAR. As an ITI (Instructor Training Institute), certified instructor, I am on the faculty of BNAR. I also hold the SRES (Senior Residential Specialist) national designation, as well as the HOMES designation (Housing our Military with Excellent Service). I have permanent certification in Secondary Vocational Education. I am well versed in all aspects of first time homebuyer financing and grant programs. I have worked as a nationally certified Homebuyer counselor and Educator. I have also worked as a credit, bankruptcy, default, and reverse mortgage counselor. I have chaired and served on many local and New York State committees. I have always held myself to the highest ethical standards.
