Danielle DeVito
Real estate and architecture go hand-in-hand in many ways. In my case, even more so. As a licensed real estate agent since 2008 and professional architect for over 2 decades, founder of my own architectural firm, I have melded the two together in a perfect value-added way for my clients. My specific insights on market trends, buyer “hot buttons”, and what it takes to transform a property from average to outstanding bring a unique comprehensive perspective on buying and selling properties in Westchester County. Need advice on prepping your home to sell for top dollar? Or how to convert that fixer-upper to dream home status? I am here for you! I earned my Bachelor of Architecture degree from the City College of New York and am licensed in multiple states, but my credentials extend beyond academia; they are validated by my 200+ highly satisfied residential and commercial clients. I am firmly committed to being an active participant in my community; I serve on the Village of Pelham’s Architectural Review Board, as Treasurer for the Pelham Chamber of Commerce, as well as on committees for the school district and my church. With my 2 older kids now in Boy Scouts, I even recently became a Merit Badge Counselor! Aside from time with my family, I love photography, crafting, wreath-making…and creating new client relationships. I’d love to be part of your next real estate experience, and look forward to connecting.
