I am an animal lover, a former salon owner for 35+ years, and an active participant in community causes. I started my professional life in public relations in the Bronx. I came to real estate in 2005 and love every minute of what I do, helping my clients navigate the complicated process that brings them to the happy place they call home. As an entrepreneur and business owner, I learned that being considerate of my clients' time is essential. I know what it's like to be confidante, active listener and trusted advisor, and to develop an all-important rapport with people. In real estate, this translates into understanding my clients' priorities and developing relationships with colleagues and various service providers that allows me to negotiate the best deal for each individual situation. I work with a team of professionals so that my clients are always in the best hands. I earned my Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation. This puts me in a unique position to help clients who may be in a compromised financial situation with the home they own, or buyers looking to capitalize on opportunities in the market. I have developed an expertise in working with first-time homebuyers, offering first-time buyer seminars and recognizing the extra level of guidance needed in these transactions. I like being involved with my community and making a difference. I volunteer with the Yonkers Exchange Club where we work with other local organizations to address the greatest needs in our community. We focus on fundraising for the prevention of child abuse, various youth programs, services to seniors and the needs of our local first responders, allowing them to better serve our residents.
