Rachel Diamond
I’ve always been drawn to work that connects people, ideas, and opportunities, and real estate is a natural extension of that passion. My career path has taken me through exciting and varied experiences—from communications roles at Saks Fifth Avenue and the Associated Press to years of supporting meaningful causes at the March of Dimes and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Along the way, I’ve developed skills in event planning, project management, and administration, while honing my ability to stay detail-oriented, flexible, and ready to problem-solve. These strengths now allow me to guide my clients with clarity and confidence.
Before stepping into real estate sales, I spent two years as a licensed Real Estate Appraisal Assistant, which gave me a solid understanding of property values, market trends, and the details that matter most when buying or selling a home.
Outside of real estate, I stay active and involved in the community as a board member of the Community Unitarian Universalist Congregation of White Plains and a past board member of the Westchester Cycle Club. I’m also a cyclist, traveler, theater lover, and artist who enjoys yoga and trying new things. These passions keep me energized and connected, and I love bringing that same spirit of curiosity and enthusiasm to the work I do with every client.
At the heart of it all, I love building relationships. I want every client I work with to feel supported, informed, and excited about their journey, whether they’re buying their first home, moving into something new, or selling a place full of memories. Real estate is about more than properties—it’s about people and the next chapters in their lives, and I feel privileged to play a part in that story.
