In over 2 decades of real estate experience, I have become extremely knowledgeable in residential and commercial real estate, including both rentals and sales of both, and now provide my services in Westchester, the Bronx, Putnam, Rockland and surrounding counties. To better address the needs of my various clients, I have earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified Buyer Representative and Commercial & Investment Real Estate Certified designations. I am also well-informed on property management, relocation and short sales.
I enjoy building relationships with my clients throughout the process and maintaining those connections by being attentive and responsive during and beyond the transaction. I understand that communication is key to any good relationship, and to successful outcomes for all parties.
I grew up in Jordan and came to the U.S. as a teenager with my brothers. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Arabic. After graduating from Yonkers H. S., I went on to Rockland Community College and then to SUNY Oswego, working full-time in the restaurant business to put myself through school. My entrepreneurial journey began as the owner of 5 video rental stores in Yonkers, Dobbs Ferry, Irvington, and Spring Valley; I was even honored with a write-up in the NY Times about the great service and selection I provided! As that business began to change, I turned to real estate, something my dad sparked my interest in growing up. I immediately realized the outstanding potential and never turned back.
When I’m not working hard, I enjoy listening to music, watching baseball from the kids to the pros, helping my wife in the garden, and vacationing on Cape Cod.
