Patricia joined husband Shannon Kennedy to work in the real estate field in 1978. Both licensed Associate Brokers with the Lockport Office, Shannon and Pat enjoy working with first-time buyers as well as repeat customers and their children! Married for over 30 years, the Kennedys have been active in church, school and community activities, and have raised three children - a French Teacher, a Forest Ranger and finally a 12 year old basketball and track 'star'! They feel that Western New York has been a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family. Over the past 30 years, they have found a great satisfaction in marketing and selling residential, investment and vacation properties. They feel that honesty, hard work and attention to the smallest detail can give their customers a very positive and happy real estate experience.
