As a native of Buffalo, I am well acquainted with Buffalo’s many towns and villages both north and south of the city and the various resources supporting these communities. I possess over twenty years of professional business experience encompassing real estate, credit, financing and contract management that has proven to be of great value to clients relocating into the Buffalo Metro area from either out of state or country.
My Buyer approach begins with listening to each client’s unique needs and lifestyle preferences and tailoring a real estate search that produces the broadest amount of choices for a buyer’s consideration. A communication approach is also determined to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of information. Property tours can be accomplished either virtually, client assisted or a combination of both respecting the time value of each client.
Financing needs are also explored to ensure the client is aware of all financing requirements, escrows and insurances required for a particular property. Clients also receive a Personal Buyers Guide which provides a step-by-step review of the real estate contract timelines and exits in Western New York, home inspectors for their consideration (referred by past buyer clients), utility company information and a Frequently Asked Questions and Answers section to help buyers think ahead and plan accordingly.
As a Buyer’s Agent, my fiduciary obligations continue with client approval to work interactively with the buyers financing agent and real estate attorney to provide all necessary documentation and research and respond to questions or concerns that may arise during the underwriting through closing processes.
However, buyer assistance does not stop at Closing. With a relocation client, services may extend to information gathering about schools, medical services, recreation, shopping, painters etc… My job as a relocation agent is to assist the client beyond the property search through post-closing to ensure a smooth and successful transition not only into the job, but to fully welcome the client to Buffalo! Going above and beyond for a client shouldn’t be an exception, it is my norm!
