Eric currently resides in Penfield New York and Serves Rochester and Finger Lakes Region. As an active member of the Realtor Charitable Foundation Eric devotes his humanitary efforts and a portion of his earnings to the United Way of Rochester. Eric also serves on the Technology Committee with the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors where he not only uses the latest technology to serve his clients but is actively engaging and exposing agents to the best technology to improve their business. Eric has worked with integrity and remained with HUNT Real Estate since being licensed this has earned him an elected position as Senior Agent Advisor in the Webster Branch. Senior advisors regularly meet with the CEO and General Manager to discuss market trends, brand awareness, agent development & recruiting, & issues within the branch. Eric is entirely devoted in his continuing Education and has consistently been awarded scholarships through he New York State Association of Realtors. Recently he has been pinned with the coveted GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute) this is the equivalent of a two year college education, in 2018 Eric will earn Accredited Buyers Agent designation, is Certified as a Short Sale and REO specialist, and nearly 30% of his transactions are VA or relocating sellers through Cartus.
