Among my designations, I include specialties in short sales and distressed properties, buyer representation, staging and advanced negotiations.

In addition to my personal marketing assistant, I have assembled a stellar team of professionals in all the ancillary real estate-related practices including attorneys, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, title services, contractors, environmental specialists, and various other consultants.
