One of the best feelings for me is when I am able to find someone a home or apartment that they truly LOVE. Not just like, but I want to hear them use the word love! Very often, I have a good idea of which place they're going to choose before we even get there because I've listened carefully to what's important to them. As a full-service agent, I then go above and beyond to make sure everything about the move is just right, that all the little details are taken care of, and that they are settled in and happy there. I've been a licensed Realtor since 1999. I have learned so much over these years and have met so many nice people. I have worked with young people finding their first apartment, to seasoned landlords and homeowners selling their most prized possession. I developed a niche helping international transferees relocate to the NY Metro area. Many of my tenants ultimately come to me for their first home purchase, and many landlords contact me when they're ready to scale down their real estate holdings; I have become their trusted Realtor for life!
