I am a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and have been in the business for more than 23 years. My goal is to give my clients the best possible service I can whether it be in a search for a new home or in selling their home. When relocation clients come in to look for a home, I will devote the time they are here to them and focus on what they are looking for when they come. Some people want to see the city and many of the things it has to offer, and others are just interested in looking at homes and various neighborhoods to get a feel for what they like. So I feel it is important to talk with each incoming client to get a feel for what they are looking for and plan the time I spend with them accordingly. I was rookie of the year when I started in real estate, and have been a multi-million dollar producer and ranked highly in my company every year. My specialty is the Northtowns and the city, but I have sold homes as far north as Wilson and as far south as Derby. Single family homes and condo/townhouse/patio homes are the majority of my business, but I do sell investment property and new builds as well. I think it is apparent to my clients that I enjoy what I do and I am looking for their best interests. When listing a home, I try to be as honest as I can regarding price and give them feedback from other agents as soon as I get it, and hold open houses and do whatever it takes to get the property sold.
