Adam Roper
In a real estate landscape often defined by transaction volume, Adam Roper takes a different approach—one rooted in quality over quantity and the belief that a home should reflect not only how you live, but who you are. Acting as a lifestyle curator rather than a traditional broker, Adam prioritizes deep, authentic connection to guide clients toward spaces that truly support their lives. Adam’s perspective is shaped by a richly diverse background in the arts, wellness, and design. A graduate of the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, he earned his BFA in Theatre with honors in 2004. While living in New York, Adam discovered Bikram yoga and, as a former varsity cross-country runner, felt an immediate connection to the discipline. He completed over 500 hours of certification, taught yoga full-time, pursued an off-Broadway career, and ultimately opened his own yoga studio in 2008. Building and transforming a 3,000-square-foot commercial space into a sanctuary sparked Adam’s passion for creative problem-solving, spatial design, and what he calls “spatial healing.” This led him to become a certified fêng shui consultant through the Pyramid School of Feng Shui, ensuring that a space’s energy aligns with the people who inhabit it. In 2016, Adam traded high-rise living for rolling hills, relocating to the Pacific Northwest. Since settling in Portland, he has continued refining his eye for detail through formal interior design training at the Heritage School of Interior Design and hands-on experience managing Nest’s to-the-trade showroom, specializing in luxury fabrics and wallpapers. Today, Adam brings together design expertise, material knowledge, and holistic guidance to help clients find homes that nurture their lifestyle, creativity, and well-being—approaching every transaction with intention, care, and clarity. Motto: Real connection. Real results.
