Kate is the legacy of an Italian immigrant family that began roots in Reading, Pennsylvania in 1905, when her great-grandfather arrived from Sersale, Calabria to lend his craft as a master stone mason to our skyline’s most enduring landmark, the Reading Pagoda.
Her family has resided in the Reading area for over a century, and her life has been shaped by a deep understanding of all the distinguished details of our most nostalgic suburbs.
Kate is a creative designer by trade, with 25+ years of experience in corporate and brand marketing. Her obsession with historic preservation and the nuanced detail of restoration over renovation began when she first obtained her real estate license in 2005. Recently, she has decided to reactivate her licensure and trade corporate life in favor or restoring the soul of her community.
Whether she’s uncovering a hidden gem for a family new to Wyomissing, or advising clients on the sale or acquisition of a luxury estate with lots of acreage, her approach is defined by a commitment to preserving the aesthetic integrity and enduring value of our neighborhood’s most distinguished homes.
