Pam Hoffman
I had been a life-long resident of Wisconsin and vacationed in Aiken in March of
1996. Not only was I immediately smitten with this quaint southern town, but the
hospitality and friendliness made me feel at home immediately. By September
of1996, I became a permanent Aikenite. I found the winter climate was ideal for
horse training.
My previous work experience was in medical clinics, and as a licensed social
worker in an outpatient mental health program for adults. I continue to have an
interest in local opportunities: Aiken has an admirable number of volunteers in
city-based agencies. I chose to become a Volunteer Guardian ad Litem through
South Carolina Department of Social Services.
My introduction to Real Estate was with a licensed Realtor/friend and mentor. I
became licensed in 2002a nd have since served on local and SC Real Estate
committees. In 2014 I completed the Mediation training program at NAR
headquarters in Chicago and returned in 2015 for NAR's Professional Standards
training. Navigating buyers and sellers through decisions that are frequently life
changing isn't always easy for them. Listening skills are key in making buying and
selling as stress free as possible.
I continue to live just a few minutes from my office and will continue to boast
about my city with utmost sincerity!
