Steve Ranzer
Steve has been a licensed real estate professional since 1998. Prior to that, he spent more than 30 years in the newspaper industry as an advertising salesman, Retail Advertising Manager, and Advertising Director in newspapers located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, California, and Washington, DC. In 2001 Steve was licensed as a Broker-in-Charge and stayed in that position until 2011. He now has a Broker Associate license in South Carolina and Georgia. Steve specializes in residential properties, but has been involved in numerous land, horse farms, and commercial transactions as well. He was President of the Aiken Board of Realtors in 2003 and 2004, and was named the Realtor of the Year for 2003. Steve is also an approved real estate instructor for South Carolina and teaches a variety of classes from pre-licensing to advanced principles and continuing education.
