Hi, I'm Eric! I'm a Chapin-area local and a REALTOR® with ERA Wilder. Along with real estate, I am a career Firefighter/EMT and also volunteer for my local fire department. Serving others and being involved in my community are both very important to me, which is what led me to real estate.
Whether you're buying, selling, investing, or simply exploring your options, my goal is to make the process as simple, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. I'll be there to answer your questions, advocate for your best interests, and help you feel confident throughout the process.
For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling property. It's about building genuine relationships, helping people through important decisions, and being someone my clients can depend on and confidently recommend to their friends and family.
When I'm not working, I spend a lot of my free time at the volunteer firehouse or hanging out with friends. I'm also passionate about self-improvement and enjoy taking classes and attending conferences to continue learning. My faith is a major part of my life, and I enjoy being involved with my church. Fishing is one of my favorite ways to relax, and I also enjoy hunting and spending as much time outdoors as I can.
