Real Estate is my passion. I have worked as a Real Estate Paralegal and a Realtor combined for over twenty years. Buying and selling real estate is complex, sophisticated, and often a deeply emotional and stressful endeavor. I believe all clients deserve my full service and attention regardless of their price range. My goal is to minimize the stress and emphasize the excitement and enjoyment of the real estate transactional experience. In the last two years I have closed nearly 3 million dollars in real estate. I attribute my success not only to my passion for real estate, but also to my intuition regarding the methodology of buying and selling in and around the Midlands area. The clients I have served range from people moving to the midlands area to local folks that have lived here for years and years. My business has grown successfully and consistently thanks to the repeat business of happy clients, friends, family and neighbors. I was raised in Ohio and West Virginia and have lived in South Carolina all of my adult life. When I finished my college education, I relocated to South Carolina permanently and I now consider this great state my home. I have an effective combination of Southern Charm and Northern tenacity enabling me to WIN (for my clients) especially in todays incredibly competitive real estate market. My philosophy in business and in life is that I am never too busy to listen or have a conversation....I always answer my phone!
