Niki Hutto
Niki was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. She graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree from Villanova University. After college she was a sales representative for Prentice Hall Publishing and Harcourt Brace Jovanovich as well as a manufacturing sales representative for Hasbro Toy and Revlon. Niki relocated to Greenwood, South Carolina in 1992 and began her real estate career in 1994.<br>Niki enjoys participating in relocation because she personally know what it's like to relocate to a brand new community and can empathize with the transferee because she has been through the process. Because Niki knows the community so well, she can provide a level of comfort to the client that is unrivaled.<br><br>Due to Greenwood and the Lakelands area being mostly rural, Niki covers all areas of real estate including relocation, residential, commercial, multi-family, golf and lake properties, farm properties, equestrian properties, and vacant land.
