Niki Hutto
Niki was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. She graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree from Villanova University. After college she was a sales representative for Prentice Hall Publishing and Harcourt Brace Jovanovich as well as a manufacturing sales representative for Hasbro Toy and Revlon. Niki relocated to Greenwood, South Carolina in 1992 and began her real estate career in 1994.
Niki enjoys participating in relocation because she personally know what it's like to relocate to a brand new community and can empathize with the transferee because she has been through the process. Because Niki knows the community so well, she can provide a level of comfort to the client that is unrivaled.
Due to Greenwood and the Lakelands area being mostly rural, Niki covers all areas of real estate including relocation, residential, commercial, multi-family, golf and lake properties, farm properties, equestrian properties, and vacant land.
