Real estate is a natural fit for me because no two days are ever the same. Every client, every property, and every transaction presents a different challenge to solve. I love learning, researching, and finding creative solutions that help my clients achieve their goals.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is educating my clients throughout the process. Whether someone is buying their first home, relocating to the Columbia area, navigating a probate sale, building a new construction home, or adding to an investment portfolio, I want them to feel informed and confident every step of the way. My goal is not just to guide my clients through a transaction but to help them understand the process well enough to make great decisions for themselves.
I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers because each side of the transaction requires a different strategy. For sellers, I love analyzing the market, researching comparable properties, and developing a pricing and marketing plan that positions a home for success. For buyers, I enjoy learning about their lifestyle, priorities, and long-term goals so I can help them find not just the right house, but the right neighborhood and community.
Clients often describe me as confident, energetic, resourceful, and trustworthy. I move quickly, communicate clearly, and adapt my approach to meet the unique needs of every client. Real estate is constantly changing, and I believe staying curious and continuing to learn is one of the best ways I can serve the people who trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Outside of real estate, I have lived in Forest Acres for more than 15 years with my husband, Chris, our three children, Maddox, Ryker, and Evelyn, and our two standard poodles, Mr. Pickles and Bonnaroo. Community involvement has always been important to me. I have coached volleyball for more than 20 years and currently coach at AC Flora. When I am not helping clients, you can usually find me on a tennis court, cheering on my children's sports teams, or planning our next family adventure.
For me, real estate has always been about people, relationships, and helping others confidently move into the next chapter of their lives....
