Since 2004 Lucinda Brasington has served ERA Wilder Realty in many capacities. From Marketing Director to Chief Operating Officer, her goal has always been to deliver value every day as she impacts the lives of the agents, staff, and clients of ERA Wilder Realty.<br>Responsible for strategic growth, business plan execution, and the delivery and implementation of new technology and business initiatives, Lucinda strives to understand the changing needs of the real estate sales professional in an ever-evolving marketplace. By keeping the goals of the consumer in mind, ERA Wilder Realty has been able to equip their agents with cutting edge tools and support designed to deliver top notch service and an exceptional buying or selling experience.<br>Lucinda is passionate about the growth and success of each and every individual at ERA Wilder Realty. She believes in living by the company's CORE Values and supports the individual and collective goals of the agents and staff she supports.<br>During her tenure, she has contributed to the company achieving some of the highest ERA awards possible including the Gene Frances Award and Circle of Light Award; in 2018 coordinating the fundraising efforts for the company and reaching their goal of $168,000.00.<br>Under her guidance as VP of Relocation, their team has been consistently nominated for the Cartus Cup and in 2020 Won the Inaugural Champions Cub for Highest Overall Conversion.<br>Lucinda is a national speaker on Lead Management and Conversion, and has been quoted many times in industry publications on agent connectivity and successful agent adoption of tools and technology.<br>In 2020, Lucinda won the Always There For You Award; the top ERA Wilder Realty award for her dedication and support for the agents, staff and their continued success.<br>In 2021, Lucinda spearheaded the companies first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and is currently working with the council on achieving their aggressive mission for the company.<br>Lucinda attributes her success to having had the privilege of working closely with Eddie Wilder and benefiting from his support, wisdom and vision for the future.
