After spending more than 25 years working with children and families?including owning and operating three successful local childcare centers?she transitioned into real estate, bringing the same level of care, integrity, and personal attention to every relationship she builds.
Tara believes real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes?it's about building trust, creating lasting relationships, and helping people through one of life's biggest milestones. Her caring nature, local knowledge, and genuine desire to help others make every experience personal and rewarding. Known for her warm personality and approachable style, Tara hopes everyone she meets feels valued, heard, and genuinely cared for.
As a lifelong local resident, Tara has extensive knowledge of Columbia, Irmo, Chapin, Lexington, and the Lake Murray area. She enjoys sharing what makes each community unique and helping people find not just a house, but a place they truly feel at home.
When she's not working, Tara loves spending time on Lake Murray, escaping to beautiful Pawleys Island, traveling, repurposing furniture, decorating spaces with unique character, grilling with family and friends, and relaxing with a good book. She is the proud mother of two grown children and believes some of life's best moments are the simple ones shared with the people you love most.
Tara believes life is too short to take too seriously. She strives to find joy in the little things, treasure life's precious moments, and bring a positive, encouraging spirit to everyone she meets. Whether she's helping someone find a new home, spending time with family and friends, or giving new life to a forgotten piece of furniture, she believes every day is an opportunity to create meaningful memories.
