I grew up in a small New Jersey town just a train ride to NYC, and still have family there. After one really cold winter shoveling snow and dealing with frozen fingers and toes, moving to the<br>south was my next calling. Not too long after I found myself in sunny South Florida where I met a God-fearing man that became my husband.<br><br>We relocated to Lexington, SC, in 2007, have three children, and now have a wonderful son-in-law. The natural beauty, family outdoor activities, and friendly community atmosphere drew us in.<br>I spent over a decade building a court reporting business in New Jersey, New York and Florida<br>where communicating and collaborating with several attorneys and judges was vital. After<br>moving to South Carolina and spending a few years loving on our children, I developed an<br>interest in the real estate market and began working as a transaction coordinator. Less than a<br>year later I was a licensed Realtor® counseling my own clients to homeownership.<br>I truly enjoy guiding my clients through the real estate search and process. I believe in having<br>strong partnerships with my Realtor® colleagues, mortgage lenders, inspectors, contractors,<br>insurance providers and closing attorneys makes this critical transition from a sales contract<br>to a closed transaction important in avoiding unnecessary delays and stress to my clients.<br>I am dedicated to listening first to understand clearly the needs of my clients in order to serve<br>them best.<br><br>I also serve my clients well by continuing to educate myself. I have gotten my RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certification, SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), PSA (Pricing<br>Strategy Advisor), MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and SRES (Senior Real Estate<br>Specialist). It is important to provide professional, current information and services to clients and their families.<br><br>I enjoy tranquil relaxation and fun the lake life provides. I enjoy paddle boarding with my<br>children, boat rides in the summer, and I love a day at Sandy beach, sunning and swimming<br>with friends and family.
