Dalton is a native of Pawleys Island, SC. After graduating Clemson University with a Degree in Parks Recreation and Tourism, he obtained his Real Estate license and began working in the Vacation Rental & Sales industry. He served as the Maintenance Manager and Rental Manager for five years overseeing and maintaining 350 homes on Pawleys Island. In 2020 he decided to enter the sales division which is his true passion. Dalton is devoted to serving his clients and exceeding their expectations whether its Buyers or Sellers. Being personable yet professional and having great knowledge of the area is what sets him apart from other agents. Dalton recognizes value and his goal is to assist his Clients throughout the entire process of buying or selling a property, while creating lifelong friendships along the way. When he is not assisting clients he enjoys everything the Pawleys area offers from fishing, surfing, playing golf, going on the creek and going on the river with his family.
