Erica Moseley
In 2005 I graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Studies. A year after graduation, I moved from Virginia to Myrtle Beach.
Once in Myrtle Beach I got hired by BB&T to be a Junior Mortgage Loan Officer. I was a Loan Officer with BB&T for 5 years. Having this experience has been an incredible asset when working with my clients in Real Estate, not only do I have much of the general knowledge, I also have many contacts and friends from my days in that line of work. I absolutely love being a Realtor and sharing my expertise of housing and the Grand Strand with my clients. My favorite part of being a Realtor in this area is having clients move here from out of town and being able to share my knowledge of awesome places to eat, fun places for the kids and beautiful beach spots. I am married to Mark Moseley, who just so happens to be the other half of The Moseley Team, we have 2 children, Lilly (14) and Bryce (11) and 1 four legged 'child' named Hokie. We spend most of our free time traveling to gymnastics meets or soccer tournaments at the moment, but as a family we really enjoy hanging at the beach in the summer.
