As a Licensed Realtor Associate with ERA Real Estate Modo, Logan brings a unique combination of business experience, relationship-building skills, and a genuine passion for helping people find the right place to call home.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Logan earned a Bachelor of Science in Retailing with a minor in Sports Entertainment Management. After college, he spent nine years living in Austin, Texas, where he built a career in technology sales. Working in a fast-paced, client-focused industry allowed Logan to develop strong skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and understanding the individual goals of his clients.
Today, Logan brings that same approach to real estate. He understands that buying or selling a property is more than a transaction—it is an important financial and personal decision. Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, a seller, an investor, or someone relocating to South Carolina, Logan is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, responsive communication, and personalized service throughout the process.
Having lived in both South Carolina and Texas, Logan appreciates what makes different communities unique and understands that finding the right property often starts with finding the right lifestyle. Outside of work, Logan enjoys exploring new cities and discovering local restaurants, attending sporting events, and spending time on the golf course. As the youngest of seven children—with one brother and five sisters—family has always been an important part of Logan's life. He is also a proud uncle to three nieces and eight nephews, giving him plenty of opportunities to enjoy time with the next generation of his family....
