Raised in Savannah Georgia from birth Mertha has connected with her fair city and witnessed the growth to be one of the premier tourist vacation spots in the world.
She Graduated from Savannah High School and then the former Armstrong state college with a degree in dental hygiene. She has practiced since 1992 with the same dentist who is a 3rd generation dentist who also grew up and is practicing here in Savannah .
Mertha decided to reinvent herself and start a new career in real estate and has been working mostly through referrals for the past 10 years. She is licensed not just in Georgia but also in South Carolina. She has been a recipient of the Continuing Distinguished sales society with the Savannah board of realtors. She was first year recipient in 2021 of the Diamond award from the Home builders association of greater Savannah. She is a member of the Savannah MLS, Savannah Home builders and Hilton Head MLS.
Her target area for sales is the midtown Savannah area but she ventures out into the Pooler/Port Wentworth/ Rincon areas as well as Wilmington Island and Richmond hill.
She credits her success from her ability to not just take on a client but to connect with them.
Married She loves to spend quality time with her family especially her constant furry companion Rootbeer.
