Hunter Benke
I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, and I bring a lifetime of local knowledge and community connection to everything I do. In 2015, I joined the fire service, where I built a career centered on service, accountability, and performing at a high level in demanding environments.
Alongside my fire service career, I pursued higher education with a focus on leadership and business. I earned an Associate's degree in Fire Service Management, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, and ultimately a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2025. This background allows me to approach real estate strategically, combining analytical thinking with a strong commitment to client service.
My exposure to real estate began in 2019, when I started performing residential home inspections on a part-time basis while maintaining full-time career in the fire department. That experience gave me hands-on insight into home construction, property systems, and potential issues—knowledge that directly benefits both buyers and sellers. In April of 2025, I began the formal process of obtaining my real estate license, bringing together my inspection experience, business education, and passion for real estate.
Today, I offer clients a unique combination of local expertise, technical understanding, and professional discipline. Whether working with first-time buyers, experienced homeowners, or investors, my goal is to provide clear communication, informed guidance, and results-driven representation built on trust.
