William Parker
With over three decades of experience, I have joined Reliant Realty ERA Powered to serve you. I arrived in Murfreesboro in 1985 to attend MTSU. Afterwards, I worked as a Housing Grant Administrator for the City of Murfreesboro where I conducted Housing Quality inspections, Housing Counseling, and Down Payment Assistance underwriting for new homeowners. I’ve worked for Fox Ridge Homes as a Real Estate agent, Guaranty Trust as a Loan Officer and was Self-Employed for ten years as a Re-model Contractor with several employees. I was then hired by Murfreesboro Housing Authority as a case manager for the Section 8 rent assistance program; and later, as a Public Housing Manager of a 230 unit complex for five years. I have been proud to make my home and raise my family in Rutherford County, TN; and I’m excited to work with you as part of your “DREAM HOME” Team!
