Real Estate transactions have lots of moving parts - parts that have to fall into place just right to ultimately make it all work. What I do best is navigate those parts to make the process as smooth and painless for you as possible. I have 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, with an extensive stretch in mortgage lending giving me a wide-ranging knowledge of trends and a keen sense of what best fits your particular needs and goals. Nowadays the internet, TV, and radio are chock full of discount agencies offering lower commissions or buy-back gimmicks that don’t add up after you read the fine print. I don’t believe in gimmicks or high-pressure tactics, just straight answers and solid advice.
I’m a rarity in Central Texas these days. My family moved here when I was six so I’m a true native Austinite. I graduated from LBJ High School then earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Texas. Since college, I’ve done everything from being a partner in a ski shop in Winter Park, Colorado to being a regional manager for an insurance company. I’ve lived in Dallas, Houston and multiple places around the US, but finally came to my senses and got back here as fast as I could. When not helping clients buy or sell homes, my wife and I enjoy walks with our Boxer, traveling, the outdoors and sports (especially Longhorn football). I’m active in my church and volunteer from time to time for Austin Boxer Rescue.
Having grown up in Austin, I have an intimate understanding of the Austin market, which helps me guide you to your ideal home using the right information for the local climate. Personal attention, trustworthiness and reliability are my keys to differentiation in this competitive industry. I offer assistance in all types of properties for all types of buyers and sellers.
