Candice is a Texas Real Estate Broker with more than 20 years of experience helping clients, agents, and teams move through the real estate process with confidence. She serves as the Broker of Record for ERA Brokers Consolidated Texas operations, overseeing offices in Harker Heights, Georgetown, and San Antonio, along with the Austin team. She is also the Broker for ERA Brokers Consolidated Express Texas, a referral brokerage that allows agents to keep their licenses active while focusing on referral-based business.
Even with her broad leadership responsibilities, working directly with buyers and sellers remains one of Candice’s favorite parts of the business. She values getting to know her clients, understanding their goals, and offering clear, steady guidance through every step of a move.
Candice is an instructor and a strong believer in continuous learning. She holds several professional designations and endorsements, including RENE, SRS, GRI, e-Pro, C2EX, and Fairhaven. She also contributes to the development of the industry through her service on the Texas REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and the Professional Development Committee.
Expanding her leadership even further, Candice recently became involved with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® – Central Texas, where she will serve as the 2026 Membership Director. She also volunteers on the Education Committee for the Fort Hood Area Association of REALTORS®, helping support ongoing professional growth within the local real estate community.
