Having lived in the Greater Houston area for nearly a decade while raising her three children, Prudence offers firsthand knowledge of the local market, schools, dining, shopping, culture, and hidden gems that make the area a great place to call home. Her deep community ties allow her to guide clients not only in buying or selling a home, but in choosing the right lifestyle and location.
Prudence earned her degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2004. She later relocated to Tanzania, Africa, where she worked with Vodacom, a global telecommunications company, gaining valuable international and corporate experience. After returning to the U.S. and settling in Houston, she spent over a decade working in family law as a paralegal — further strengthening her skills in advocacy, discretion, and client-focused service.
Her professional motto is simple: In anything you do, do it with passion, perseverance, and optimism. This philosophy carries through in her work and her community involvement. Prudence actively volunteers with local food pantries, her church, and the nationally recognized organization Meals on Wheels.
